This tutorial will show you how to track points in a video and export them to Maya, and then create a 3D shape, and finally export into Adobe After Effects CS5.
Take a look at your box, it's totally incorrectly oriented...unless you wanted to give the illusion that it's being supported on one side...ala a trap for a rabbit. Idiot.
Just to let you know, your coordinate system was upside down, even after you adjusted it. When your in 3d view. The small blue cones should be facing downward, not up.
Thank you very much for this, it cleared things up for me. However I think it would be easier to render the image sequence from Maya as a .png file (or at least one with transparency) so that it saves you the step of keying. Mind you because it's CG and an image plane there won't be any green spill and the green will be even, but I guess it would save a step.
@rahulmv1 Well, I didn't use boujou so I'm not completely sure how it works, but what I would suggest is to find a way to export it into a file type compatible with maya. I think in boujou there is an Export heading at the top, and in there you would click Export Camera Solve, then change the Export Type in the window to a (.ma) file. See if that works, hope this helps.
