hahahaha..i was laughing so hard...ako tuloy ang natakot..i coudn't believe that they don't realize public safe is important. in this scenario, i am afraid to go there and walk across the road. it's so scary...the philippines hasn't changed that much in public safety..it's really scary to go back home and to be a part of that scene...it's like i am on the verge of death to be around that area..hehehe...

Human adapt to the environment they live in. Of course ppl from developed countries who haven't experienced road chaos would have hard time to drive or walk in this kind of shitty streets but to 3rd world ppl, it's just their everyday life.
