I'm 5ft 1 and weight 105lbs ...I know it's not fat but I used to be 90lbs last yr and gained 15lbs which depressed me VERY much ;) thnx for the video . I will try to lose 10lb!!!! Btw ure very pretty;)

oh my gawwdd u r my inspiration!im 14 and i way 173 and i keep telling myself eat right eat right but then i go off and eat some disgusting junk food!i look back in 6th grade at me being a size 2 but now im a size 11 and i feel disgusted with myself but i guess if you can do it than i can too!thank you so much!(:

Hey I'm 15 (a guy) and I'm starting to loose weight....I prob wiegh the most out of everybody watching this...245...but last the beginning of the month I was 253 so I'm makin progress

Im so inspired, thank you. I'm have a injuring from soccer n I had to stop playing for a year n I started eating a lot. I went from 125lb to 151lb, I don't feel good about myself but thank u for sharing a personal thing n thanks for inspiring me.

You should make a follow up video on this and show some workouts you do to stay in shape. (: you look great by the way. I am 15 in a week and I want to change to I'm 5'2 and weight 152 :(

i am so shocked at how many people watched this video. I was reading ALL the comments today and I started crying. It means so much to me that I am inspiring so many people. Remember, you are not alone. And don't give up! I had days where I wanted to give up so bad, but then I just got back up on my feet and kept going. Good luck to you all with your weight loss, but REMEMBER - you are beautiful no matter what you weigh. Everyone is beautiful in their way. God makes no mistakes.

hey guys !! im gunna answer all your questions right now :)
- i used a recumbant exercise bike (one where you lay down pretty much) 3 - 4 times a week, and also played Wii Fit everyday, and jogged with my friend for about 20 minutes once a week.
- i found the exercise bike was most effective, since it worked my thighs, and also built some abs.
- some exercises i did were 5 pushups a day ( thats all i was able to do :P), 30 situps a day, 5 pound weight lifting for arms
