  • Beautiful

  • Great New Years song. We used to go to Nantasket Beach and listen to these guys,,,Good stuff that will never die....

  • Absolutely beautiful It should stir up emotions in anyone who hears it. Agree?

  • @emb1st Yes, they are the same group

  • the year was 1961, I was in High School and loved it. A group by the name of the Four Tunes recorded this in the early 50's and it was a family favorite.

  • I worked at Hurley's Frozen Custard stand in front of the palm gardens and listened to these amazing guys during practices and performances everyday I worked. At the end of the season they gave me a beautiful gold bracelet with a G-Clef charm on it. I still have it and value it to this day. I heard Ka Ding Dong today on the 50's channel on my tv and looked them up on u-tube how awesome to find so many of their songs!!! hope I can find them on I tunes to down load :)

  • @emb1st Yes this is the same group out of Roxbury Mass...They are still touring and are all alive and well as i know of..

  • one quick question that has bugged me for years.....are these G Clefs the same ones who sang the song Ka Ding Dong? For some reason i dont place any of the voices.......the answer is probably yes, but after 50 years, i need to know for sure.

thank you and truly enjoyed the songs...

  • This is a beautiful song sung by a great group. There was also another group from Boston that sang beautiful songs. Does anyone know who they were? They were in the 50s groups. These guys were not the Valenaires or the Four Chords. They had a lead singers with a smooth voice. If you know who they were please let me know. I'll come back to this YouTube sight to see if you known them. Thanks

  • I have loved this song for 50 years, years ago I lost my record. To hear it to-day really is music to my ears. Can any one help me to purchase a CD here in England. Thank you
