those of you who don't believe me go visit Russia. You'll change your mind about hating russians. they are wonderful people. Been there many times. ANd I'll keep going back. Love Russia and it's people with all my heart. they dislike americans because of what they are told as well. Well I say one thing. DON'T BELEIVE WHAT YOU HEAR. SEE IT FOR YOURSELF. What you hear comes from the media. in order to sell it, it has to sound good. anything that has to sound good is usually a lie.

Like other Americans, I was trained in public school to hate Russians, etc. BUT THEY ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE US. It wasn't the first time the government LIED to me. And there are probably Russians who were lied to like we were...If we don't agree on PEACE, our entire world is at stake!

@rolande135 "No motherland without you" is a song mostly about Kim Jong Il and how the people of the DPRK feel love for him. No Russian version. However, the DPRK military choir often does Russian songs in Korean, as does the PLA in Chinese [mandarin]. Very interesting to listen to!

I dont know where you guys go to school in america, but I was trained to be open minded and acceptive of all peoples and ways of life. Never heard of this anti russia crap. Infact my teacher was an activist and protester, taught me that communism isnt evil and that the top of the democracy we have "for the people" uses propaganda to force opinions on us. Long live freedom, and god bless this music!

And by the way, every govenment is crooked starting with the us. There is no perfect govenment. never has been, never will be. Bet god never expected there to be such a div. in the chirch. too much fighting for power in gov and rel.

Obviously you didn't grow up in the 1950s when the propaganda line was that they ( the Russians) would nuke us any minute! Which was stupid. These guys are OK. I would drink a beer with them any day. I hope they know once I got to know them and their music and their culture, I found they think a lot like me and we are a lot alike.I actually read what Lenin wrote ( English translation) and learned about them. Russians are OK.

We wern't trained to hate the Russians. We were told facts about their evil government. We wern't trained to hate the Russian people at all. If YOU hated the Russian people then that is because you took the information given to you and twisted it into somthing completely different.
