This tutorial shows how to restore your data from a previously backed up source by using Backup4all - http://www.backup4all.com.

Backup4all can back-up files either by archiving them in a standard ZIP format, or by making an exact copy of the source. This means that in order to restore your files from the backup, it's not necessary to use Backup4all, as you can either access them directly (if it was a mirror backup) or with any ZIP utility (if it was a full/incremental or differential backup).

However, if you use Backup4all to restore your data you can have the advantage of using a restore wizard that lets you: restore the latest version of all files, restore all files as of a specific date, choose files to restore latest version, restore excluded or deleted files, restore to a different location. If you have any questions regarding Backup4all you can ask on our forum at http://www.backup4all.com/forum/

Read an extended tutorial about the restoration process here: http://www.backup4all.com/kb/how-to-restore-from-a-backup-883.html
