I agree. It's probably much better to have a senator as a VP then a Governor, especially when the Governor is someone who managed to appeal in a more conservative state. She much be real good at her job.
One might lose a senate seat, although unlikely in Delaware but the VP is also the president of the Senate so it's kind of a promotion within the Senate as well.

wanted her to be vp! but, i understand we had to go with biden to win.
at this point, i'd even have wanted hilary if we it means winning in november! get the word out, everyone. we have serious work to do!!

Governor Sebelius sounds so confident that democracy CAN be restored in the United States after the extraordinary rendition and the torture and the spying by the Bush administration. I find that very reassuring. I pray she's right.
