@onethousandhours1990 there was no mention of Angels & Airwaves, AVA, or any other project until blink split. A band's name wouldn't be copyrighted, it'd be trademarked, but I searched for both on gov't sites. Nothing was copyrighted by Angels & Airwaves until 2006, and the trademark for the name Angels & Airwaves Tom filed on June 24, 2005. That was after blink-182 split, so I'm just wondering where you heard otherwise. Again, not trying to be a bitch or start anything, just wondering. Thanks!

@onethousandhours1990 Hey, I'm not trying to start anything, so please don't think I'm jumping at you or attacking you in anyway! A friend saw this comment, and asked me about it since I know a great deal about blink, Tom and AVA. I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'm trying to figure out how you got that Tom copyrighted Angels & Airwaves while he was in blink. He had a homemade AVA shirt for his daughter during blink's episode of JAMMED, but (see next comment)

Blink ended in 2004, tom needed 6 months off. In April of 2005, AVA started. I think thats pretty much enough time. Tom wouldn't act like a dick on purpose. See, this is the problem. All of the ignorant cock-joke fanboys that worry about being negative when their idols turn against him. Fans are the blatantly acting like dicks. Tom can live as he pleases. AVA wasn't even around when Blink ended. Watch the Start The Machine vid, it will tell you, all of you ignorant fucks what's what.
