GTA IV test drive on eVGA GTX 295 CO-OP

WinXP sp3, EVGA GTX295 CO-OP edition, latest 191.07 drivers Look at the bottom of car(s), regularly appear squares in the shadows.
Tried to apply EVGA SLI Enhancement patch - no results... Also shadows blink sometimes...
Settings:
1680x1050
Everything has "High" setting, except Texture filter - "Very High";
Definition On
Vsync On
Shadows density 10
The rest of bars are at 50

GTA runs more on CPU than GPU, one reason its horrible optimized.

You can use, for example, Rthdribl tool and GPU-Z (not CPU-Z) together.
