/That was excellent. I' too have it down, but not quite as good as you. The timing is tricky. I run it through a Janglebox.

That was very good. I'd really like to see the middle solo. I too have a Rickenbacker 2011 370-12. I'm hoping I find you doing the main solo.

I'm using a Rimini 12 by Italia into a peddle board containing a couple of compressors, and into a Fender Blues Deluxe. The 40 watt tube amp adds a lot of natural compression, and the P90s on the Italia add even more. It actually sounds very nice. I only use the 12 on a few songs, but it adds an immense potential for new material. For recording, I have access to a friend's 36012, a beautiful fireglow. I also own, among many others, a nice old Gretsch Country Gentleman that always adds a lot.
Honestly, I saw McGuinn play it with the Byrds a couple of times, and the only thing you did wrong is play a little better than him. That's really a very good rendition, your guitar is beautiful and you play very well. I'd like to know what kind of amp and what kind of compression you're using. Again, great sounding and well-played.

@jerryehamric Hi. Thanks for your comments. I really appreciate it. That's cool you saw the Byrds. I've only seen McGuinn solo since the 80's. Sorry I'm taking so long in responding; I've had some computer problems. Anyway, yes I love the 306012. It's an amazing guitar. Ok here's my rig: Rick into a JangleBox 2 compression unit, into a Boss Overdrive then into a '68 Fender Twin. The Jangle Box apparently has the same or very similar electronics to the McGuinn 360 model. It's a great pedal.

@jerryehamric Also I had the toaster pickups put in and what a difference in the sound from this video. It's truly striking. They are worth the extra $.
