This is really good, much better than can do
My only suggestion would be to 'define' some of the edges more.. The smooth look is really nice, I agree, but edges at the windows for example shouldn't be a smooth, but rather, clear cut 'transition', just double up edges next to eachother (not on top of, of course), and even with smooth on it will be a sharp edge.
That will help take out the overly 'bubbly' feel, unless that's what you're going for ;)

Nice one, I take it you used bezier curves to draw the lines you used to frame the extrusions to and from?
Overall I like the way ou used the SubD to get the general shape.
