  • so thats like 100 reps a set ... holey moley. i do a chnage in feet placement for calfs which is good but its 6 reps each position,,,,no where near this intensity level

  • I incorporated this into my leg Quad workout. Notice Roelly is doing 20 reps per position with 3 Plates on each side. I do 10 reps with 2 plates on each side and I'm literally on FIRE by the end of the first set. Thanks for this one Roelly and Sibil. I'm a supporter of Roelly. I like his work ethic and look to see him take a Sandow in the very near future. Keep posting great workouts like this.
