It has been merged and is called "Cokkie Jar Entertainment". The name "DIC Entertainment" existed upo untill 2008

not just that this cartoon also had music recycled from the Digimon Dub,if you listen really carefully you'll hear alot of familiar music in this cartoon which were later reused for Season 1 of the dubbed version of Digimon since shuki levy composed music for all 3 shows.
