I LOVEEEE your recipes. I have a question I hope you can answer. SOmetimes when I bake with baking powder and I follow ALL the directions, the baking powder taste is still too strong. Do you have any tips on what I need to do?

If you know the old fashion way like cooked on top of the stove please do a vid !!!!.... I love it both ways too. I has some in a resturaunt and they closed down :-( so i want to learn how to do it) thanks for the vid. Also I heard you can soak your banannas in lemon juice to keep them from browning so fast...whats your take on that?

I didn't have whipped cream so I cooled some heavy cream in the freezer for a couple of minutes, added some organic sugar and used the hand mixer to form to a whipped cream. It was delicious!

Thank you! Your recipes are always good, very informative, and easy to follow. This is my first banana pudding and I'm sure that it will be a success if the rest of it is as good as the pudding :-) My mom & dad are going to love it and my husband will fall in love with me all over again!
