Sheikh Saleh al-Fawzan on 'fatawa 'ala al hawa' on Saudi1 channel the 29th of June. This video includes 11 fatawa and below are the questions/fatawa:
1. Visiting a sick unconscious person. 0:14
2. Obligation on giving money if asked. 0:45
3. Father on giving his daughters money to buy cosmetics. 1:58
4. Can a traveller fast on Monday & Thursday (as those days are sunnah)? 2:57
5. Is the Salah valid if a cat jumps/walks in front of the person praying? 4:20
6. What is the ruling of saying 'You have spoken rightly & your have spoken justly' during the mu'adhin's call 'al salatu khairun min al nowm (prayer is better than sleep)? 4:49
7. Drying the body parts after salah or leaving it to dry naturally? 5:29
8. What is the most likely opinion of women wearing gold on an occasion or to weddings? 5:53
9. Is it an excuse for someone with 'heavy sleep' to delay salah? 6:49
10. Is there a difference between a person who reads the entire Qur'an and a person who read surat al 'Ikhlaas three times? 7:35
11. Can a family member fast on behalf of the deceased if that person died not praying fully or not fasting Ramadhan? 8:41

  • brother/sister, is the giving money to the one who asks, the same fatwa for the pple on the streets who ask for money? like the beggers? i am confused. jazakAllahokhair for the help.

  • @StickyCurry No. The sheikh here talks about a person who asked another for money, he did not mention 'beggers'. Also here in the West and elsewhere we are not sure bout the situation of these beggers but then again I am in no position to judge them. It is kind of you to give money to the poor but the question here was about someone who the person knew hence gave him/them money. Jazakum Allah khair.
