9/11: British TV coverage: 09.46 - 09.56 EST

I started recording @ 2.46pm GMT [actually British summer time] here in Wales, initially on ITV, occasionally channel-hopping to the BBC as events unfolded.

My son Anno was killed two months later in November 2001, aged 20. Among the many poems he wrote, I found the following:

... Don't let the smoke of New York City
cloud your eyes to the horizon.
From here it looks alight with blood and fire.
That we are moved by such desires as murder
moves me to tears.

@MOSKII58 yeah, a tower hit from where it was wouldent even be heavy enough to collapse that whole thing...the same procedure would have had to happen to the second one the same exact way. No a tower made from what that one was made from woulden't do that, it'd burn like a torch until it was put out.
