This dude is such a damn idiot, and a bigot. And for the record, Castor Semenya is intersexed, and didn't even know it until the whole thing blew up. Her body produces more testosterone than most women. Some intersexed women (men can be intersexed as well) actually have testicles inside their bodies, producing large amounts of testosterone. A person can go their entire life without knowing that they have both male and female organs or that they produce large amounts of testosterone or estrogen.
