Wait, are you suggesting to replace a foam roller with a medicine ball? Also i see you went straight to your thoracic area on your back, skipping your lower back. Is it a bad idea to roll your lower back? Thanks.

As long as the athlete doesn't go too deep or too long with this, do you think it would be ok to add this "flow rolling" into a warmup before a speed/power session?
