@joelchummel From the anger of that comment I take it you attempted to complete 8 to 10 rotations, and it didn't end too well?
P.s UK Licensed Pilot since I was 16. All UK pilots are required to understand spins and easily recover from them.

@Fs2004Channel Thanks asshole! My point was, that if you are going to post a fucking video on YouTube entitled Glider Spin, make it WORTH our while. This video features about 1.2 rots to the left, and about .5 to the right. I've done half a dozen spins of 5 or more rotations in gliders in my time on this earth, how bout you? How many have you done???

Hey gliderman, was the reversal deliberate or accidental? What equipment were you flying? I once flew a Jantar Std II that would reverse with the nose still way down if you didn't get the wing fully unstalled before applying opposite rudder - unsettling to say the least.

@microtexas A spin is initiated by large rudder inputs as aircraft (glider or powered) stalls. So, yeah - uncoordinated stall.

Im pretty sure I was in the glider when i was recording. So that exists. The spin, well again i was there so yes again on that one ! maybe the video recorder ... ahh again no, that MUST exist as you watched my video .. so Im afraid that only leaves your brain .. now maybe that doesnt exist :)

i have an Archos with a head cam, i strap it to my head and i have a control on the cable that allows me to start and stop the record.
Watch this space, ill start uploading more of my flying vids soon.
