ＧＧＥＪＲ iｎ甲佐２０１１にて、Ｋ氏製作操縦のＦ３５ＶＴＯＬが飛行成功、ＲＣ界では世界初のようです。
次回はホバリングから上空飛行に挑戦とのこと。

VTOL using EDF's and a design such as the F35's is never going to work. It's easy to get the craft to lift off and land but the transition to forward flight causes so much drag that the craft stalls and crashes. It's Reaction control vs. Reaction thrust. I'd be happy to buy an F35 model that hovers like this, but, I won't expect more until the technology gets better. Keep in mind, THE F35 DOESN'T WORK IN REAL LIFE EITHER. It can't VTOL with a weapons/ full fuel load.
