  • if u made it a little bigger do u think it would work for tarpon?

  • @FLfisherman09 i know for a fact that even this small one works for tarpon. from baby tarpon in the magroves to stacks of giants in a pass. i believe tarpon encounter similar sized crabs floating or feeding on the surface throughout their time in the keys. i have seen tarpon feeding on them around bridges and in the backcountry. tarpon on blue crab flies, my imagination has gone there too! good luck

  • you need to change the audio on this video. Some spoken instruction would be helpful not the stupid frat. boy b.s.

  • @mdraft1

frat boy bs?! it is audio of a friend catching a permit and a bonefish with a blue crab fly. step by step pictures and instruction is written in the link provided in the description. if this video bugs you so much that you have to write about it... go find another crab fly to tie. simple.

  • what fish can you catch with this

  • @lizardwallet

i would cast this fly at permit, bonefish, redfish, and whatever else you find swimming around the mangroves, flats and marshes... thanks for watching!

  • Beautiful.

  • mtbpt,

Sorry about the frat. boy comment. I was watching the video with a young tier and because of the language I had to turn it off. I'm sure catching the permit was great, but the language used might not be right for the tying video.

  • puglisi fibers, (EP fibers)
