After the girls got a visit from Tyra and had a talk about eating disorders, Cassie (who was anorexic and bulimic) deiced to come forward and confess. Tyra offered her help but she refused it. She was then eliminated the next week after she gave up. Thanks to knewerak for letting me use his/her videos.
