THE Carb is part of the intake tract. These are the trouble areas for a bad idle or rough engine due to air leaks in the motor or intake.

I took it apart and i found that the piston had quite big scratches and the head gasket was leaking. A new cylinder with a new piston and new gasket fixed the problem completely!

Unfortunately my mixture of gas and air was wrong caus my new piston got "stuck" after some time(not sure how to explain it in english) After that incident there was no compression and it wouldn't start, so i have to take it all apart again :( Oh snap.

  • @keyskennels Sounds like you did not mix two stroke oil with the gas. the stock oil pump will not work with any cylinder larger than the stock 50cc. the larger piston will lean the mixture and you will seize the piston in the cylinder from not enough oil. Time to tear it down and look at it.
