UKULELE SAFARI USA - episode 11 part B
an interview with the fabulous PATSY MONTELEONE
http://www.patsymon.com
Patsy sings Irving Berlin:
"Isn't This a Lovely Day" and
"I'll Be Waiting at the End of the Road"
Patsy is playing a custom GLYPH, from Dave Means

Great. Just great choice of songs, chords and what a vocal.
End of the Road is perhaps my favorite Berlin -
YAY!

Another great vid. This whole idea is fantastic! It's a great document of uke players everywhere, and inspires me to improve my own uking.
I also love that Patsy plays the verses to the older songs; I think that's something that most people don't do, and they're often the best parts of the songs.

Every vid of yours makes me smile, you guys are superb!
The Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong version of "Isn't it a lovely day" is one of my favorites, now joined by Patsy's!
Sadly I'll miss you in Suffolk over the weekend, only just found out you were playing...I'm hoping someone will video the gig so I can see what I missed :)

How do you find all of these people? So much musical talent must fall out of the sky, somehow.
