Would your high school history teacher have made something like this? We didn't think so.

  • I've been wondering something.Your always wearing wigs. What does your normal hair look like?

  • @Katgopur When I was filming most of these I was going through chemotherapy for cancer...and had no hair. Now my hair looks like it does in our Mansa Musa or Napoleon videos.

  • We watch these videos in my AP world history class. And one question that has been on my mind since we first watched this video: Are you from a Catholic school?

  • @EEH197289 This was filmed at an Episcopal school (i.e. Church of England).

Yes, we did precede the ice age.

Homo Sapiens has been around for about 200,000 years. We may have gone through 2 phases in our evolution as a subspecies.

We migrated out of Africa about 50-70,000 years ago, after a drastic depopulation from a major volcanic eruption. We likely evolved higher intelligence without needing a larger brain.

More importantly we underwent a major shift as we migrated into Ice Age Europe. Our tools became more complex, our anatomy less robust.

  • @historyteachers you were going through chemo and still had the energy to make these amazing videos??? Wow, your a fighter

  • @historyteachers I hope that you are doing well. My classes and I enjoy these videos so much. Thank you for all the time and effort that goes in to each one. As a breast cancer survivor, I can't imagine having the energy to do these videos while undergoing chemo! Hats (or wigs) off to you!

  • Too cool for school!
