Useful, but would be more useful if the buttons could change colour as well as show names for their respective functions with Text/Icons, and could replace QWERTY keybinding shortcuts. With so many monochrome buttons, it's debatable how much quicker it is to be counting down/across numbers of rows/columns to locate a specific function.
