Special event promoting 'Winnipeg In Motion' (not to be confused with 'Manitoba In Motion'). Staffers Eddie (wearing orange shirt) teaching dance, Sonny teaching Wushu and Tanya teaching circle dancing. Interestingly, this is where Eddie Miller and Jethro Bartelings (who eventually became an XCO Team Director), first met each other, as they were both working at the event.
