  • I was wondering why Rest in Peace and Stop the world were the only singles I saw on MTV back then, this should've been the first single instead of Rest in Peace.

I love the crazy guitar parts and the portuguese talk

  • I don't think it is Portuguese you're hearing. It's Latin. It is a Catholic Priest giving a sermon.

  • I just came here to get a link to this song because one of my Facebook friends who has impeccable taste in music was making fun of Extreme based on "More Than Words" and "Hole Hearted." Hoping this will change his mind. This is probably my favorite song of theirs.

  • If this doesn't do it I've posted "Warheads", "Politicalamity", "Color Me Blind", "Cupid's Dead" and "Peacemaker Die". Any one of those are equally as mind blowing as this song which is awesome in it's own right!

  • I love you!

  • But we hardly know each other Gina!

  • One of the best albums of all time, cruelly under-rated and under-heard, but what the hell, the loss is not ours as we listened to it...........haha...

  • Brilliant song. Thanks for uploading!

  • @Dijas Sh**t! times goes by, where I said 16 years it was meant 19 bloody years already! :S

  • @achaarpickler You are absolutely right. I can tell my own tale. I heard it 'til I could no more when I was a kid. I had been by then a passioned by Nuno Bettencourt's guitar and for that "accident" I was lucky to hear one of the best albums ever. Newer things came and I've forgotten Extreme in between. 16 years after, I am even now buying this album again (I lost it somewhere and I do hope that person got hooked as much as I did). But a question remains: how the hell did I forget this album?

  • @rickyon You're correct about the Latin. It's the Absolution after Confession.

  • @CavemanJesus4Life I think the main reason is why it was included in a 3 songs long theme... You need to listen the other 2 songs to understand de main meaning... Incredible album... "III sides to every story..."

  • ..gays need to change.. this is America..not gay land lol

  • The musical merit of this underheard album is rarefied...absolutely incredible!

But they could have left thier religious beliefs in so many of these songs out of this album (not including the Martin Luther King Jr. speech in Peacemaker Die).

  • i have been in a lot of trouble in my life. and when i heard this, i really am tired of being me. like if you agree with me. and i need all the help i can get so that i can start being a good young man

  • This track inspired me to get off my ass and make something of myself.... :-)

  • Pornografitti and III Sides were absolute gems....what the frick happened to good music??
