With saving the planet becoming a priority, electric vehicles of more or less quality are beginning to turn up. While there are already a few scooters being sold, the all-terrain electric motorcycle does exist but more often than not it is in the form of a prototype.

Las Vegas Supercross' final line up is set. 15 sec board goes up. You can hear someone coughing in the audience. Board goes side ways. You can hear the gate going down and how the chain is rattling.. It's good to think about enviroment and our future, but please, can something still be holy and untouched?

@TheLuketic162 Oh please - you just scared people might think you're not half the stallion you pretend to be when sitting on a conventional mx bike with cumbustion engine. Keep on sending soldiers to oil-exporting countries and pay the bill for the gas you need to impress persons you probably don't even know - with blood.

I've ridden this bike, its fun and an interesting experiment. It will take years of research in battery technology to make it as practical as a gasoline motor. We also need to remember that electric power must be generated some how? Either by natural gas, coal, hydro, or nuclear power, which is not cheap or friendly to the planet.

Adding solar panels to this machine, would not improve the performance or range with our current technology.

so as i understand main problem isnt the electrical engine but the batteries which can handle as much power as they can by now but if theyd be more powerfull than the engine could make power way more than inner combustion engines these days and the bike would weigh way under 100 kilos?
