Sheldon asked for his DNA

I missed the beginning, but during the question section of the Big Bang Theory Panel at Comic-con '09 someone asked if Sheldon would wipe a napkin on his face so they could clone him.

They tried to cut off the person asking the question, but when they heard what they wanted they called them up.

Its a little hard to hear what they say at the end, because everyone was screaming.
