    These scenarios had become long apparent before the war Afganistan

    However, Mr. Bobbitt is basing most of his claims on a fear factor. Sure people can create Bioweapons and carry out random attacks, but the combined efforts of communites can stop that. Small factions cannot really produce a grand effect without logistics and coop. from others and merging into a virtual state with each department. The only thing missing is landed objectives and target.
