close your eyes and you would swear this was recorded in 78, voice is identical after all these years, and this is a timeless song, so it doesnt matter what year it is anyway!!!

Al Stewarts music takes me back to my childhood ....definitely a gifted musician ... oh and not sure why so many people are being so anal about petshop boys ...are you all so uptight that others can't voice an opinion ....man get a life people ....

I always liked his facial expressions when he sang, especially when younger with long hair. While other musicians are worried about looking cool, he just looks like someone who really enjoys what he's doing, and not the least big stuck up over it.
