We have all heard of climate change. Many folks discus climate change in terms of rise in water and air temperature, and melting in the Artic, and loss of habitat for polar bears. However, climate change has disrupted the migration patters ov many different animals. When the tundra melts, then lakes cannot form from summer melt, then there is a serious loss of habitat for migrating birds, such as Canada Geese. All over the world, one can see adaptation as the geese settle down in temperate zones, as lakes there no longer freeze in winter.
