S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - My Dream

End of 2002 (or early 2003) - For the first time I heard about S.T.A.L.K.E.R when i was ~13 years old.
I remember when I watched my favorite program about games, I couldn't believe - game about Chernobyl, with full of atmosphere, and with fantastic and photorealistic graphics! For me it was a shock.

March 2007 - ~5 years later, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. finally in my hands. I launched it, and i was disappointed... This S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl - it's not THAT stalker I was waiting for!. Many features are cut, CRAP! Without mods (Greetings for Dez0wave and AMK team) for me it's really bad game.

I made this video beacuse, I want to show how S.T.A.L.K.E.R. could look like.

Now I'm 20 years old... and I still dream and wait for a real S.T.A.L.K.E.R... Oblivion Lost, not Shadow of Chernobyl... But, maybe S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 or Lost Alpha MOD will grant my dreams? Who knows... I'll see in 2012 year. :)

@tartalja lol. I can have my opinion so just GTFO with this childish comments and don't call me retard or something like this. I really don't like SOC without mod, it's really bad game for me - and is not due to the fact that this game had to be better. For example I really like play Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat without mods and this games are more different of my "Dream" than SOC. I hope you understand me. :)

In my opinion ragdoll in old stalker is really better and more realistic than this in oryginal "gold" stalker. Check out alpha 1935 or my other videos- there are phycics the same like in this video.

we had a dream too, and its the same or very similar to yours... gsc made a miracle with their project, and ruined lots of dreams. we will try to remake our dream stalker with lost alpha project.

So much was cut out... Damn THQ... However, even without a lot of this, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a great piece of art. I'm sure, that GSC will revive all what we are dreaming about in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. II

@kovek i did not liked it to much myself, and i think that the reason is that tecnologies were a little more raw at the time and the soryline guys needed to create a new story and these factors and many more kinda degraded the game for me but i should state that anyone who did not try stalker clear sky or stalker call of pripyat and pre judjed the games by the release date/ grafics is in fact a dushe, and any stalker who respect's himself, would try at least 2 games of the series so try them!
