  • @5starrecordz @MrDonsk1 LOL This workout video is part of a series of one minute intervals that are part of the Boot Camp FX progrssive resistance training program. Doing this one interval for 30 minutes non stop would be boring. Instead build a playlist with 5-10 of the other intervals on my main page. Perform the intervals back to back. Rest as much as necessary after the playlist is complete. Repeat 2-4X. Good luck.

  • @MrDonsk1 yes it would stupid. it will not yet be noticeable but you will. and you're really dumb if you think there is a workout that will make you lose fat instantly. you need to do this workout everyday for about 2 weeks to see a difference.
