Great video! I am a Holistic Health Coach and Julia Ross was one of our speakers. I actually just ordered her book yesterday. There is a lot of wisdom in her teachings. Also, if you are interested I have a free book on my website (provided by my school) called "Integrative Nutrition" by Joshua Rosenthal which is also a great read. wholemindedwellness dt com. Have a peaceful and happy day. :-)

@ThePhantomLash I have used the mood cure use of amino acid therapy for insomnia, depression, Post partum depression, hormone induced depression,anxiety, migraines and PTSD. (myself and my clients) I rate the book very highly. Not sure I understand the alcohol reference :) best of health to you

@yogangel7 Alcohol addiction

@ThePhantomLash ahh yes that is addressed in the book, both of them which I mentioned in the book. Naturopaths have very good success treating alcohol addictions with amino acid therapy even IV doeses of it too.They sually treat with probiotics @ the same time and reduce carbs in diet. The desire for alcohol can sometimes come form sugar out of balance (probiotics) nutritional imbalances and carb oversensitivity- can make a person crave carbs (alcohol are carbs)- wishing you good health
