Damn, I love Roland V-Drums.

if you want to be in a band...acoustic. if you want a realistic feel, sound, and also want to really learn how to play real drums-acoustic. electrics are tight tho, headphones are avalible so there is no noise, and you can easily record. also electric kits are more veratile as flem said-ala.- you can change kit noises from acoustic kits to electronic techno kits. acoustic drums will teach you how to play drums better and feel a little better, but electric kits are one hell of a time.

Dude, I'm kind of "in love" with your drumming... Not in a gay way or anything... But yeah, you're a smoking drummer. I dig your playing bigtime!

Am I the only one that hates the sound of the V-Drums? I hate the snare and toms which doesn't leave much that I like! I have to hook mine up to Toontrack because I play better with that although the hihat isn't 100% and the timing is better from the module. The Factory sounds are crap, I had to buy V-Expressions just to get something decent. Roland really need to wake up and offer sample packs similiar to Toontrack or V-Expressions, there is no excuse at this price point.

Turn around the bassdrumbeaters, the felt will destroy the meshhead.
