Don't go to COST CUTTER"S on 32nd street in Grand Forks, ND! They are extremely mean to children! They ripped the box of toys out of my babies hand and crunched his finger then refused to finish the haircut because he wouldn't sit still! He's only 18 months old! Then when I called the manager about it all she said was that some people work better with children then others! Rude and mean place and the social skills really stink! It was a girl named AMBER by the way who partially cut his hair!

@ndjln122 ya i was at a Petco in Grand Forks and i was looking at some cat food and this guy that was working there came up to me rudely and asked if i needed anything i was just looking
