@siksfore every time i tell people that i do parkour they always ask the same question, can you do a back flip? i always say thats not parkour then they start accusing me that iv been doing it wrong for 4 years know. im so sick of all the vids on here saying parkour and all they do is flips.if your gunna do something get the name right.

well, a front flip IS usefull - if you really get it right it saves you time if you have to get over an obstacle as tall as yourself - cuz when you flip, your head is at the same height as when you jump, but your legs, instead of being under, are over your head so you can pass over a higher obstacle( ever seen people flipping over other people, while its impossible(or is it?) to simply jumps over)

Its faster than doing a vault over a wall your size, but definitely harder
