The Premier 01 Hitting System includes two DVD discs, Teaching the Swing, and the Drill Series. Teaching the Swing disc introduces major league principles, such as the Stoplight Theory, which will give hitters an in-depth visual understanding of where pitches should be contacted on the plate and the fields the ball should be driven. Teaching the Swing also provides visual demonstrations and coaching cues to instruct your hitters on how to develop a fundamentally sound, compact swing.
