Bryan MacLean - Daydream Believers

Clip from a Channel Four documentary showing five people who were not 'successful' in becoming one of the Monkees. Among them, Bryan MacLean of the band Love. Bryan is the half-brother of singer Maria McKee. Bryan passed away shortly after the showing of this program on tv.
The quality of the vid is not too heot, and also had to be edited due to youtube's 10 min max restriction.
He was a stange one, but a great musician and character.

I wonder why Rodney is at the end of this video? This is about Bryan. Oh well, I know Rodney was Davy Jones' double but we were focusing on Bryan and I just thought the ending of this video was surprizing. I love Bryan and his music. He was an amazing human being and missed so much by family and friends.

I think Bryan had a cool vibe...it's unfortunate he's receiving fame posthumously but his music lives on. Thanx for the post.

Hard comments on the Monkees... Unfair for their Music. But, I guess it's just that what real bands felt at the tyme... MacLean himself looks like a stand-up puppet here... oddly (Cool sixties footage thrown in, though!).
