My Weather (14 January 2011)NW AR

Light snow is nearly gone now ,,43 F ..winds SSW at 11mph --winter weather dosn't settle in untill mid Dec here really ,,with Feb being the worst of it ..we freeze up a few days then thaw a few ,,makes a muddy mess more than a snowy pic ,,last year was remarkable though with a very late heavy snow of 7inches late feb and thawed in 2 days,,then another deeper snow 10inchs hit in early march that also rapidly melted in 60 F sun --rare for us to get more than 3 inches ,,

@commando602 --those birds were a good 200miles away from my NW location..but the wildlife these last 3 years has dropped - hard to garden ,bees nealy wiped out ,butterfies a rare sight last summer ..we average about 200 days a year like this muck -- need a greenhouse but our storms would shred it ,,I'm always having to upright my rabbit hutches after a blow --lost 2 litters last year from that,,but still managed to get 60 pounds in the freezer -amazing how much meat 2 breeding pair can produce

Yep, in your face or what, same here, more and more trails are laid & still folk think your crazy to broach the subject.

The mass just don’t want to know.

It seems we have to watch while the dark side plunder & rape. Then, when it’s all too late, groaning in their jobless, nature less & loveless world, they will realise … and I wonder how they’ll manage in the next step of our journey towards understanding, what happens when the wilfully ignorant step over !! ? @infomorgue - adaptation ,,nobody says it's easy,,how things doing with the cabin fever ,,quick funny 4 ya little bro,,true BTW -I had a woodstove for heat and city folk relation pop in ,,They never seen a wood stove and ask if the stove caused cabin fever ,,so I just had to warn them about snow snakes we had hiding around the wood pile -- life goes on,,a smile never hurts either ,,so we just grin and bear it ,, :)
