  • i have a serious question,my mother recently died at emory university hospital in atlanta ga,back in dec,she was a reciver of a lung transplant in sept, she had a blood clot in oct and her primary doc at home told her to take meds and wait if it went down, but the transplant team in atlanta said no we need to do a clot buster which removes the clot!she had it done and in 2 days she died of a massive stroke!!!its more complicated but we have not recieved the autopsy report and its been a year?

  • I'm sorry to learn of your troubles. However, I only practice law in New York, and therefore cannot provide any advice to you. My suggestion is to contact an attorney in Atlanta immediately to get a legal opinion about what happened to your mom. Good luck to you and your family.
