CHEER San Francisco launches the 2011 Pride Season by taking a jaunt to sunny Long Beach, CA to showcase some high-flying performances (and a brand new "mini-routine!") during a most beautiful weekend. CHEER For Life Fund proceeds benefit the C.A.R.E. Program (Comprehensive AIDS Resource & Education).

Parade recap on pilot episode of "POWER PRESS with CHEER SF" available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKb9lS-xd5s

  • ohh shut up... These people are throwing Double Back, Bird Front, Layout & Full Baskets on CONCRETE.. not to mention double downs and college pyramids, and you have nothing better to do than criticize. Besides most of these cheerleaders are retired and do this for fun and a great cause. GET A LIFE!

  • Dustin S! Do you have the other teams?

  • @bearnsouth Well, thank goodness it isn't Nationals or Worlds, and is actually just a routine put together in a few hours for a parade! That would've been totally embarrassing—to disappoint the cheer community vs. getting people excited in the early morning and wrangling some cash for charity.

  • If you are going to throw 7 stunt groups then throw 7 clean and tight stunt groups. You have four maybe five clean scorpions and the best one is not even in the front of the formation. There are timing issues throughout the routine and it is overall sloppy.

  • I would never want to take away anything from Cheer SF as the program has sustained longevity and raised an amazing amount of money for charity. As someone who has been part of the cheer community for over 15 years I must say I am a little dissapointed in this routine. It is sloppy, slow, and the team has was more skill than they exhibit. Guys, the whole hand wave thing at the top of the pyramid has been done, you dont even see that at Nationals and Worlds anymore.

  • @ogomarg Dustin recorded but win and I have the footage.

  • bOmB.cOm ;D

  • Good job you guys, see you in SF.

  • Thank you Dustin for recording!

  • Do you see the guy in blue!! He's signing cheer!! Awesome!
