  • It's REALLY REALLY nice to hear a Republican speak so well of a Democrat; Huckabee, at least in this moment, came off as a real Gentleman.

  • I like that Huckabee avoids to speak badly about other candidates. It shows his strong, good-minded character.

  • Governor Huckabee is the "ruler by which all politicians should be measured." Problem is they all come up short of Huckabee. Sure wish he was running for president.

  • I wonder who would have won the electoral votes of Arkansas if he had run against Hillary Clinton.

  • @D1Champ08 : I don't know if I can say Republicans are the only ones playing that game, but yeah, I agree that concern for the party over concern for the entire nation is the problem. What Huck is saying to me speaks to the larger America more than his own party. At the end of the day, I say to hell with my politics (usually left) if it weakens or diminishes the country. Too many concerned with their little power instead of the nation we all have to share.

  • @mowriter the fact that it would "piss his party off" for saying something like that is the issue with republicans

  • @D1Champ08 :I took you too literally - I thought you were saying he wasn't actually saying what he said (like when folks say something looks photo shopped). As for politicians saying anything, well...yeah, definitely... but the Huck chose to say what he said, knowing it would put folks in his own party into a lather. Worth something that Huck would be willing to risk pissing off his own party to say what he said.

  • @mowriter believe what you want lol.. but no politician, no matter how sincere they may appear to be, is genuine.. it's all about the benjamins

  • @D1Champ08 :Naah, no way. I know calling real things fake is the trendy thing to do now, but Huckabee speaks Clintons name as he then goes on to complement both.

Whats fake (IMO) is the trash talking in the name of politics. Huckabee's real, whether or not I vote for him.

  • @mowriter lol.. it's so fake man.. SO fake

  • @rLOVEutionFor2012 Kid no war has been declared. Congress authorized the use of force. Cowboy George took that authorization and ran with it. The only thing the Bush tax cuts created was richer rich people. So get to know what actually happened. The failure to maintain our educational system and other infrastructure caused most job losses People have been graduating American high school for years never studied any math higher than arithmetic and without studying a foreign language at all

  • @ohwnou When did I say borrowing from Social Security created debt? I said that he covered up the debt by borrowing money from SS and adding it to the government revenue to make it seem like there was a surplus.

By the way, Bush's tax cut created millions of private jobs even up to 9/11. The job loss began under a Liberal Congress and was because of Liberals. Get to know your economics, kid.

Bush didn't declare war, Congress did.
