  • Great tips, I'm now 20 months post-op and can't stress enough on the imporatance of getting plenty of water/fluids in. Most of all, being careful with the snacking and justifying a few pretzels here and there. ~ Thanks for posting

  • @LiLtinee - Hi Dena! Thanks for stopping in. Maintenance is difficult and like I said a bit of a let-down after the losing phase. I have wondered if sometimes I self-sabotage just so I can go back to losing again?!?!
