So both ignorant and a sexist? Should I walk on eggshells just because you're female? And speaking of manners, swearing and calling me a jackass is far more crude than 'verbally attacking' you by calling you ignorant (no harsher an insult than you used yourself in the first place).
Boston had no positive indication in ANY way that this was a bomb. Yes it was strange and unfamiliar, but logic calls for a minimal amount of research before causing needless panic, as well as wasted millions.

It could have just as likely been a bomb? As likely as what? There were no signs to indicate that this was any type of bomb at all, beyond empty, paranoid speculation. Based on your logic we should assume that EVERYTHING is a bomb until proven otherwise. There was NO evidence that these were bombs, and the ignorent ones are you and the Boston PD, as well as the media fear mongers.
