Why do they tell us that 9/11 was "too big" to keep a secret? The Manhattan Project, which involved well over 100,000 people, was kept secret for several years. Also, the United States provoked and participated in a civil war in Indonesia in 1957 that resulted in some 40,000 deaths, but this illegal war was kept secret from the American people until a book about it appeared in 1995. It's not that hard to keep a secret in government. People involved are only told so much and are lied to as well.

How about Navy Seals waterboard and torture his buddies to find out where his compound is then capture Welz then instead of bring him to trial or apply enhanced interrogations they just put a hot slug in his eye and dump him overboard into the sea (To spare Jackie a long trial and heal the country, or all the dominos will fall)
