For the first the antisemitism is a very old idea, which has existed since the babylonian captavity.So this wasn't Hitlers idea at all, the "jew problem" was being discussed in Germany, and in rest of Europe too, already in the 1800 centuary. For the second: It wasn't only Hitler who wanted the jews to leave Germany, it was the majority of the german population. Nobody really knew what to do whith them so Hitler went the easiest way and just tried to kill everybody.
