Sounds like he's benefiting from Carlin's charity big brother in law. It's there to help families without a brother in law, you call them, they send a guy over to your house with three days growth who sleeps on your sofa for a month.

My first cousin's been married to this guy for 35 yrs . He would get him a workmans comp claim every year at football season so he didnt have to work on Sunday and miss a game.
